All Pre-Owned equipment sold through Light and Motion UK is reconditioned and pressure tested prior to sale.
For your peace of mind all Ex-Demo kit sold by Light and Motion UK comes with the usual guarantees associated with new equipment.
Terms and Conditions for Pre-Owned and Ex-Demo Equipment Sales
1.All Ex-Demo equipment is supplied with the same guarantees as new equipment against part defects and faulty workmanship.
2.We offer a limited 3 month guarantee on customer Pre-Owned equipment.
3.Our guarantee does not cover any camcorders.
4.We make no warranty to replace or refund any purchase where damage has occurred due to the fault of the user.
5.Because it may not be possible to source repair parts for aged models we make no warranty that if a fault occurs within the guarantee period that we will be able to repair the equipment. Our assessment of the fault or repair is binding and where we believe a genuine non user generated fault has occurred within the guarantee period we may elect at our discretion to refund, part refund pro-rata or offer an equivalent replacement depending on the circumstances.
6.Any and all return shipping fees are not included in the guarantee and must be covered by the customer.
7.Light and Motion UK accept no liability for any consequential costs however caused by non-performance of the pre-owned equipment.
